The Powamppokonk Fish and Game Club, is organized for the purpose of protecting game and game fish: for securing and estorting such laws as are necessary to properly conserve the wild life of the state. Its aim is to encourage the propagation of game and game fish for the restocking of game fields and public waters. It also aims towards the promoting of good fellowship among sportsmen.

This club will not compete with any other organization which has similar aims, but desires sympathy and cooperation from all organizations having similar purposes.

This club is opposed to the excessive slaughter of game and game fish under the name of sports. It is opposed to the killing of any bird or animal which is not a game animal or bird in the name of sport or in the spirit of wantonness for commercial purposes.

The members of the club are opposed to the sale of game or game fish. They believe the killing of game and the taking of fish should be limited by law. They believe in hunting, fishing, and trapping licensing. The members pledge themselves to work for the education of the public in the conservation of our national resources.

This was a success with 25 students.

1)Trap was a success this year! We were able to pay back to the club $400 towards the purchase of the trap machine.
2)Bylaws have been revised by David King and will be voted on in Novembers Mtg.
